CM Punk is a former mixed martial artist and pro wrestler currently performing in WWE. He started his professional career with Ring of Honor (ROH) in 1999. After six years he signed with WWE becoming the fastest wrestler to be the 19th Triple Crown Champion by winning the WWE Title, World Heavyweight Title, Intercontinental Title, and ECW World Heavyweight Title in just 203 days. Punk is the only person to win the Money in the Bank in consecutive years. He also headlined numerous pay-per-view events in WWE. He won Superstar of the Year in 2011 by The WWE. CM Punk Age 2024

CM Punk was born in Chicago, Illinois, United States of America on October 26, 1978. Punk is presently 45 years of age. His mother was a homemaker and his father was an engineer by profession. Punk was brought up in Lockport, a small town near his birthplace Chicago. He completed his school days at Lockport Township High School. He has five sisters and brothers. Mike Brooks is the older brother of Punk while his younger sister is Chaleen Lee Brooks. The rest of the names of his brothers and sisters are not known as of now. He spent his childhood in agitation as his father was an alcoholic and the ambiance of his house was not pleasant. Professional Wrestling Career

CM Punk started his professional wrestling career at Lunatic Wrestling Federation with his brother in the mid-late 1990s. He left the promotion and started his wrestling training at Steel Dominion Wrestling School in Chicago. He won the International Wrestling Cartel (IWC) Heavyweight Championship in 2002. He then joined Independent Wrestling Association Mid-South (IWA Mid-South). He won the IWA Mid-South Heavyweight (five times) and the IWA Mid-South Light Heavyweight (two times) with the promotion. He signed with Ring of Honor (ROH) in 2002 and was active there for the next four years. He achieved success like the ROH World Title and ROH Tag Team Title. He was additionally conscripted into the ROH Hall of Fame as the class of 2022. Punk was active in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (now Impact Wrestling) from 2003 to 2004.

He was ascribed to Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) after his signing with WWE in 2005. He won the OVW Heavyweight Title, the OVW Southern Tag Team Title, and the OVW Television Title in the advancement. He signed with ECW in 2006 where he beat John Morrison to clinch the ECW Championship. He won the World Heavyweight Champion by cashing in his Money in the Bank contract.
