Tyler Booker is an offensive lineman for the Alabama Crimson Tide. The New Haven, Connecticut, native is a junior as of April 2025. Booker attended IMG Academy, according to his official Alabama Crimson Tide roster. During his prep days, he was one of the top offensive line recruits in his class. ESPN ranked him as a five-star offensive tackle and the No. 10 player on the ESPN300.

Tyler Booker began his college football career in 2022 and was named to the Freshman All-SEC Team by the league coaches. He attended 12 games that year. In 2023, Booker was honored with first-team All-SEC. He started 13 games that season. The following year, he was named as permanent team captain for the Crimson Tide. He started all 13 games; 12 of those were at the left guard, while one was at left tackle.
