St. Brown’s father, John Brown was the one who worked with his sons with their training and the athletic side. John Brown was a professional bodybuilder and therefore knew everything about training and diet which was ideal for training his children from early on. He was also the winner of Amateur Mr. Universe in 1981 and 1982. He is also a three-time Mr. World winner.


St. Brown’s father instilled the hard work ethic that was required to make it to the professional level. Both he and his children had fostered the dream of one day becoming professional NFL players ever since they were young boys going to school.


To train his children and get them in the best possible shape for football, their father installed a small gym at the family home and also practiced various training methods with them being their mentor and guide.
