Andrew Thomas is an American football offensive tackle for the New York Giants as of the 2024 NFL season. The Giants drafted him with the 4th overall pick in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. In 2021, Thomas scored his first career touchdown, a two-yard reception, against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a Week 11 of the 2021 NFL season. In February 2022, Thomas underwent surgery to repair his left ankle due to injury and came back healthy to start the season. He played in 16 games during the 2022 season and went on to appear in 10 games in 2023. After suffering a Lisfranc injury in the Week 6 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, Thomas is likely going to miss the rest of the 2024 season.

Thomas began his collegiate career with the University of Georgia. In 2017, he started every game at right tackle during his true freshman season, earning him Freshman All-American honors. In 2018, Thomas was named offensive lineman of the week in the Southeastern Conference due to helping in paving the way for 331 rushing yards against Kentucky. He was in his sophomore year when he changed his position to left tackle. Due to his contributions, he was named first-team All-SEC. For his primary education, Thomas went to Pace Academy in Atlanta.
