Cameron Heyward is an American football defensive tackle who plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL as of 2024. The Pittsburgh Steelers selected Heyward as the 31st overall pick in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Heyward was born on the 6th of May, 1989, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The football talent was discovered early when he joined Peachtree Ridge High School. The senior year of high school was the best year that Heyward played at high school. He had more than 100 tackles and 16 sacks in his senior year. This led him to be the 7th best football player in Georgia according to an amazing Performance. At the Ohio State University, Heyward remained to be a star footballer, as expected. In his first season as a freshman, he was able to get 30 tackles only.
