Knox was drafted by the Buffalo Bills with the 96th pick in the third round of the 2019 NFL draft. Knox scored his first touchdown against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 3 of his debut season and recorded 28 receptions for 388 yards and two touchdowns by the end of his rookie year. Knox had two fumbles, three touchdowns, and 24 catches for 288 yards the following season.
