James Earl Conner is an American football running back for the Arizona Cardinals in the 2024 NFL season. The Pittsburgh Steelers selected him as the 105th overall pick in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Before joining the Cardinals in 2021, he spent his first four years with the Steelers.
