Born on November 26, 1999, Jaycee Carrington Horn is a professional American football player for the Carolina Panthers. Horn was the eighth pick in the first round for the Panthers in the 2021 NFL draft. Playing for the Panthers in 2021, Horn suffered a fractured foot in week 3 and was placed on injured reserve.
