Joe Buck is the newest face on ESPN Football along with the legendary Troy Aikman. The American sportscaster had been the face of NFL Fox since 1994 and at 25 years of age he was the youngest sportscaster ever to host a string of NFL games. Joe Buck has also been a prominent MLB sportscaster for FOX since 1996. He has majorly been the play-by-play announcer at NFL on Fox. He is only the third person to have covered play-by-play announcements for MLB and NFL for the same network in a year. After many years as one of the most notable sports announcers on Fox, Joe Buck switched to ESPN along with Troy Aikman. Along with Aikman, he is the lead broadcaster for Monday Night Football on ESPN. Who is Joe Buck’s father, Jack Buck?



Joe Buck is one of the biggest names in sports announcing and he has been in the business for almost three decades now. Joe Buck is following the footsteps of his father Jack Buck, a legend in the line of sports announcing.


Jack Buck is recognised as one of the best MLB announcers ever. He started his sports announcement career on KMOX radio in 1954, exclusively covering the St. Louis Cardinals games. He took over the team-by-team play announcement role for the Cardinals in 1969 after a stint with NBC in between. Jack Buck was married to Alyce Larson with whom he had six children. However, Joe Buck is the son Jack had with his second wife Carole Lintzenich.


Jack Buck also made a name as an NFL announcer and worked with networks like ABC and CBS television too. Jack Buck holds the record for most Super Bowl announcements by any announcer to date. With 18 Super Bowl commentaries Jack Buck is a legend in his own right. Jack Buck has earned a place in numerous Hall of Fames like that of MLB, NFL and Radio. He is also honored in the Hall of Fame of the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame. The great announcers passed away at the age of 77 in 2002.


Joe Buck’s Wife, Michelle Beisner



Joe Buck is currently married to one Michelle Besiner, since 2014. Michelle Beisner-Buck is also a famous media personality. She currently works as a reporter for ESPN and does feature reports for Monday Night Football on ESPN. She also appears on the Monday Night Football pregame show on ESPN called Monday Night Countdown.

Michelle Beisner used to be the squad captain for the cheerleading squad of the Denver Broncos. She was with the Denver Broncos cheerleading squad for six years before pursuing a career in sports reporting. Michelle has also worked with the NFL Network hosting the NFL Weekly Countdown. She was also a reporter for NFL Total Access and NFL Gameday Morning.


Joe Buck and Michelle Beisner started dating in 2013 around the time of the 2013 Super Bowl. Michelle had initially not taken a liking to Joe Buck but made a 180 degree turn on her decision as she got to know him more. Michelle Beisner got married to Joe Buck in 2014 and are enjoying a successful marriage together. The two of them have a pair of twin sons together. She is Joe Buck’s second wife as he used to be married to Ann Archambault before that.


Joe Buck’s Children


Joe Buck has four children. Two with his current wife Michelle Beisner and two with his ex-wife Ann Archambault. Joe Buck’s daughters are with his ex-wife Ann Archambault who used to be his childhood sweetheart. The two of them were married from 1993-2011 before divorcing each other.


Natalie Buck



Joe Buck’s eldest daughter is Natalie Buck. She is a telecommunications engineer and has somewhat followed her father’s footsteps as she also interns with Fox 2, at St. Louis. Natalie Buck has also dabbled in acting and most famously appeared in the television series, ‘Superstore’. She has also acted in the 2022 movie, ‘Marry Me’ and is set to feature in a short film called ‘Wilde Flowers’.


Trudy Buck



Trudy Buck, like her sister, Natalie is pursuing a career in acting too. However, she is solely focused on acting as it has been a passion of hers since she was 7 years of age. She is also interested in becoming a director and got a Bachelor’s degree in Cinematic Arts from the University of Southern California. She is residing in Los Angeles as she pursues a career in movies.


Wyatt and Blake Buck



Wyatt and Blake Buck are the newest additions to the Buck family. The twins were born in April 2018. The young Bucks are Joe Buck and Michelle Beisner’s children and the half-brothers of Trudy and Natalie Buck. They are almost two decades younger than their elder half-sisters.
