Throughout his NFL journey, he has remained with the San Francisco 49ers. In 2020, he signed a four-year contract with the team, worth $12.5 million with a fifth-year option. His fully guaranteed contract includes a signing bonus amount of $6,673,704 and an average annual salary of $3,132,836. Taking his performance into account, the 49ers exercised the available fifth-year option. Aiyuk has fallen a little short, notching just under the 4,000-yard milestone in four seasons.
