Born on October 30, 1996, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA, Devin Booker is an American professional basketball player who plays as a shooting guard for the Phoenix Suns in the NBA. He attended the University of Kentucky for one season before being selected as the 13th overall pick by the Phoenix Suns in the 2015 NBA draft.

He has established himself as one of the top shooting guards in the league. In 2021, Booker helped the Suns to reach the NBA finals where they faced the Giannis-led Milwaukee Bucks. Although the Suns ultimately lost the series, Booker's performance was impressive, as he averaged 28.2 points per game throughout the playoffs.

Booker is well known for his scoring ability, especially from the mid-range. His work ethic and competitiveness are some of his best qualities. He has been named an NBA All-Star thrice, in 2020, 2021, and 2022, and was also named to the All-NBA First Team in 2022.
