Dak Prescott with the Cowboys

Dakota Prescott is currently playing for the Dallas Cowboys. He was selected in the 4th round of the 2016 NFL draft. Even though a lot of the Dallas Cowboys fans and writers call him “washed,” that is not the case. He has made the NFL Pro Bowl honors two times and has previously led the Cowboys to the top seed. He had also won the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award previously. Every player goes through a little bit of downtime but Dak Prescott has proven his talent before and is once again doing quite well. Prescott was previously a three-star recruit coming out of high school. Dak’s mother Peggy unfortunately passed away in the year 2013.

Prescott finished eighth in the 2014 Heisman Trophy voting and received two first-place votes but he was named a 2015 National Player of the Year Candidate, was selected to two Preseason All-American teams (Athlon Sports and Phil Steele), and was chosen First-team Preseason All-SEC by the media. Prescott had secured a huge deal while signing with the Dallas Cowboys. He had signed a 4-year deal which is reportedly worth $160 Million Dollars. In that, $128 Million is guaranteed for Dak Prescott. Having all that wealth, it is pretty safe to assume that he has a crib that a common man can only dream of buying. Let’s look at his property.

Dak Prescott owns a beautiful mansion in Prosper, Texas, about 48 miles north of Dallas. He purchased the home in 2019 for around $3.3 million, and its value is now estimated at $3.5 million. The magnificent home is situated at 741 Broadmoor Lane and is 9,016 square feet. On a 7.19-acre site, it includes 5 bedrooms and 5 baths as per Realtor.com. This house was purchased even before he secured the $160 million dollar deal.

Along with a sports simulator screen and projector, a full bar, and a jumbo vision with four TVs, the home also features craft, gaming, and media rooms. There is everything you need outside, including a kitchen, fire pit, bar seating, a pool, and a spa.
